Maker Monday Feature: Debbie Beauchamp

Maker Monday Feature: Debbie Beauchamp

I’m Deb Beauchamp and my passion is recreating and up-cycling old forgotten treasures. My biggest blessings are my 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren.

I am fortunate to live in the country - next door to my oldest daughter and grandchildren. Five dogs and an occasional foster pup or two along with lots of spoiled chickens hang out with me and the kids! I love traveling but most times you will find me outside in the garden and hanging with the grandchildren and the pups when I’m not creating. Now that fall is upon us, I’m looking forward to a more creative time!

I am grateful for Jenny’s faith in me as a teacher at Ugly Glass & Co.!  You can find me on Saturday every First Friday Weekend from 1 to 3 p.m.; demonstrating techniques along with teaching different classes throughout the rest of the month. It is my privilege to share with you what I have learned. I take classes several times a year as there is always something new I want to learn. Once I’ve mastered it, I will share it with you!

Join me for a class. I like to keep them small -  the class size is limited to 4 adults so that I can give you my full attention!  I want you to learn and have fun. Whether you are a seasoned Crafter or a newbie I’m excited to help you on your creative journey.  I get a real kick out of watching people fall in love with the creative process, especially when they tell me they don’t have a creative bone in their body. When that light goes on it’s just pure joy to watch!!

Find Debbie's one of a kind handmade & upcycled home decor on the Lower Level at Ugly Glass & Co.  Open every Friday 10-3 & Saturday 10-4.
